  • Meet the people who will be on this journey with you. We’ll review the intentions for the workshop, and guide you in setting yours.

  • Unpack your “identities” and consider your sense of self and purpose, separate from your achievements and identifying roles and responsibilities.

  • When you set aside “obligations,” what do you dare to dream? Allow yourself to envision what is possible. What’s on your personal and professional bucket lists?

  • We need a to-be list, before our to-do list. Articulate your intentions and goals. Craft your personal branding and start career mapping.

  • Strategize and plan for success with best practices for networking, branding, and executing your vision. Commit to a timeline for next steps.

  • Reconvene to share wins, obstacles and learnings. A space for processing, accountability and encouragement.
